At Greenleaves, you actually own your residence unit; prices and monthly maintenance charges for each type of unit are shown above. Selected available options are extra and are described below.  Most of the homeowner's expenses and maintenance costs are included in the monthly charge.

These expenses include:

*    Full payment of insurance on the residence (content/fumishings and liability insurance will be the individual homeowner's responsibility).
*    All exterior maintenance including snow removal, shoveling, and sanding of walks and stoops, lawn care, and landscape maintenance.
*    Weekly rubbish and recycling services.
*    Most plumbing, electrical repairs, and extermination services outside the residential building unit.
*    Full payment for all common area lighting.
*    Full building exterior maintenance and repair.
*    Access to professional and maintenance staff.
*    Elevator maintenance and repair.
*    Maintenance of all common facilities and equipment, including common areas, entrance foyer, hallways, and stairways (within a residential building), lighting and heating/cooling.
*    Maintenance of roads, parking areas, entrance signs, street lighting, sidewalks, and scenic footpaths.
*    Management and maintenance costs of the future Community Building scheduled for construction in Phase Four and available to all residents of Greenleaves.
*    Maintenance of the detention basins, general landscape, and open natural woodland located through the community
